NOTICE OF Spring 2024 GRANTS

The RDA Fall Grant cycle will open by July 15, 2024, with a due date of September 30th, 2024. We invite applications from 501c3 nonprofits, public school districts, and departments of city government. We prioritize projects that benefit Scott County residents, while recognizing that Scott County benefits from a strong region. Grant guideline documents have been updated and posted. The application can be found on the RDA website at www.rdauthority.org under the GRANTS tab. We will continue to accept applications from a wide range of projects that align with the mission of creating a vibrant, inclusive, and growing community. Apply and Report

NEW APPLICANTS: The first time you sign in to the system, you will be asked to register your organization and set up a password. After that, just use your log-in (your email and password) to sign in. Your grants history is visible in your account.

FINAL REPORTS: All grants require a final report completion that verifies that the project was completed as specified in the application. Reports can be completed through the same online system you applied on. Final reports should be completed within one year of the award, or sooner if the project is complete and dollars are spent. If the project is not complete, please contact ceo@rdauthority.org to arrange for special exception. The Final report is a great way to provide an update to and educate the RDA Board.

GRANT AWARDS: Preliminary notification on recommendations for grant awards go out to all applicants before the Board meeting to approve the recommendations. Those dates will be posted here.

You may print a copy of the application to help in your writing process. Applications on paper WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Applications are only accepted through the online system.
