The RDA Community Grant Program supports a broad range of projects that improve quality of life in Scott County, Iowa—from economic development and education to arts, culture, and human services. Whether you are a first-time applicant or a long-time partner, this program provides organizations of all sizes the opportunity to request support for meaningful work that serves our community.
